About this building…
The original Bakery in downtown Fort Smith was open since the 1920’s up until the 2000’s. They solely produced bread of many kinds. Since then, the Bakery has been reopened as The Bakery District.
The idea for this project was to produce an infographic for the restrooms at The Bakery District. The infographic includes each step of the bread making process from seed to packaged Holsum bread. The end result is a decorative mural for visitors to view.
